Thank you for ordering from Partisan - Your one- stop source for the hottest in exclusively American Made Fashion!

Orders placed before 2 pm CST will be shipped the day they are ordered. If ordered after 2pm CST they will ship the following day. Please base your delivery  expectations on that.

Free Ground shipping in the USA for orders over $100!

Domestic USA shipping policy

All domestic U.S. orders will be shipped through UPS.

Orders over $100 ship free with UPS ground.

Shipping rates for orders under $100 or methods other than ground are determined by weight, size, and destination, and are subject to change

International Shipments can at times be subject to Duties and Taxes by a Country's Customs Department, in addition to the shipping charges billed by Partisan.  Any Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Partisan cannot estimate or cover any Duties and/or Taxes on shipments.

Partisan  Return Policy

We want you to be happy, so we are  are happy to offer the following on item returns:

Free Prepaid Returns (USA Only. Within 10 Days.)

A prepaid shipping label is included in all orders shipped within the USA. For free return shipping, your return must arrive at Partisan within 10 business days of the date you received it. This means quick decisions! Please allow 7 business days transit
time. CORRECT RETURNS PROCEDURE IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

Refunds will be  issued in the form of same method of payment as original purchase only

Returned merchandise received after 10 business days  will be exchanged for full item cost in the form of  Store credit only.

Returned Merchandise received after 30 days will be refunded at %50 of original item cost in the form of store credit only.

How to Return

1. A UPS return form is included in your order. Please fill it out and  and properly repackage your merchandise. Any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package must be covered or removed.

Note: Please include your original invoice in the package. If you no longer have it ,  go to "My Account," click on your "Order History," select the right order number, and print.

On the front of your invoice, circle the names of the items you are returning or exchanging

Please also circle the Reason you are returning the item also.

2. Affix the prepaid shipping label included in your order to your package.

3. Drop off your package at a UPS drop box or any UPS store.

4. You will receive an email once your return has been received. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for us to  process and notify .

Please Note: Packages received at Partisan after 10 days will incur a $12 fee, which will be charged at the time of your return.

Return Policy

Products must be returned, with manufacturer labels, in their original packaging and in perfect, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged condition. By that we mean we must be able to resell them as new merchandise.

If they are damaged or altered  in any way, and this includes removal of labels, they are considered sold and no refund will be issued. Please note: This includes strong perfume odors.

It is up to Partisan’s sole discretion whether these conditions are met upon receipt of  returned merchandise and whether a refund will be issued.

Some Sale merchandise which is marked FINAL SALE will not be eligible for Returns- this will be clearly stated on the item description.

We try our best to be informative about the merchandise we carry, including how the sizing  of individual manufacturers runs. Please read those details ahead of your purchase decision to avoid disappointment and to  help us keep down the costs of returns.

Shipping Restrictions

Partisan complies with specific shipping restrictions determined by international customs and
trading regulations, as well as those contractually set by some of our  vendors who have exclusivity agreements with their international distributors.

Some brands, such as SchottNYC, have vendor-imposed regulations, to which we have agreed, restricting us from shipping their products outside the USA.

If you add one of these items to your cart and your shipping destination is one of the restricted countries, you will be prompted to remove it before proceeding. If you wish to continue with the purchase, you will need to change the destination address.

Order Processing Information

Orders are processed pending Stock availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Fridays after 3 PM US CST (US Central Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. Saturday delivery is not available. Partisan will contact you within 24 Hours with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we require additional information of any kind including  for credit verification.

DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

Refunds are issued for missed guaranteed shipments and will be processed by Partisan within 7 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7 to 10 business days to post to your account.

International Shipping Policies

International shipments can at times be subject to Duties and Taxes by a Country's Customs Department, in addition to the shipping charges billed by Partisan.  Any Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Partisan cannot estimate or cover any Duties and/or Taxes on shipments.

International Returns

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to return products by trackable international carrier, and within a timely manner. Customer is solely responsible for all return package tracking activity.

International returns will be accepted within 25 days of original shipment date for full refund. After that date, products will be subject to a 30 % restocking fee. If you refuse a shipment from Partisan, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Partisan . This amount will be deducted from any merchandise refund, if applicable.

Privacy

Customer privacy is extremely important to us. Partisan protects how information about your order is used and shared. International customers and customers who are shipping products internationally should be aware that international shipments are subject to inspection, and may be opened by customs authorities at either border.

We are obliged to provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as products descriptions, to our international carriers, who in turn may be obliged to communicate this information to customs authorities to achieve customs clearance and comply with local regulations and laws.

Gifts

If the order is a gift, the package can be marked "Gift," but the cost of the item must also be included on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to declare the monetary value of the “gift” item directly on the packaging.

International Shipping Terms & Conditions

Items in your order that are destined for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties or fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

Regarding each item for which Import Fees have been calculated; by placing the order you authorize Partisan to delegate a carrier ("Designated Carrier") to act as your agent with the customs and tax authorities in the destination country, in order to clear your merchandise through customs, and to process and pay your actual Import Fees for that item. You will be responsible for paying those fees when the package is delivered.

To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation e-mail. These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard Conditions of Use of the Partisan website. Pursuant to those terms, title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the United States.
